Guillermo Ortiz has a diverse range of work experience. Guillermo co-founded Wetechfood in 2019 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. Before that, they worked at Glovo as part of the International Expansion - EMEA team from July 2018 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were at Ferrovial, where they held multiple roles including Strategic and Development Manager, Senior Investment Analyst, Integration Leader and Strategic Planning, and participated in their International Graduate Program. Guillermo co-founded Amaçai in 2011, an export/import company focused on selling a fruit called açaà in Madrid. Guillermo also has experience at BNP Paribas, Management Solutions, Deutsche Bank, McKinsey & Company, and The Walt Disney Company.
Guillermo Ortiz's education history begins in 1993 when they attended the American School of Madrid, where they studied Ciencias. Guillermo completed their education at the school in 2007. In the same year, they enrolled at CUNEF and obtained a Licentiate degree in Finance, General, concluding their studies in 2012.
In 2010, Guillermo participated in an exchange program at the PontifÃcia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, which ended in 2011.
Guillermo continued their education in 2017 by undertaking a course in Growth Hacker at IEBS, completing it in 2018.
