Laia Vilalta Bajona is an accomplished People & Culture leader with a decade of experience in human resources management at medium-sized companies, currently serving as Head of HR at Westwing since July 2014. Laia has a proven track record in managing HR operations for organizations with over 100 employees, overseeing recruitment, employee development, labor relations, and compliance in two office locations. Previous roles include HR Generalist at Westwing, Master’s HR Program Tutor at UPF-IDEC, and HR Intern at IKEA Group. Laia holds a law degree from Esade and multiple advanced degrees in human resources and tax law, further enhanced by a leadership course at Cornell University.
