Eric Staszczak has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eric began their career as the Promotions Director for KCOU-FM 88.1, where they managed live event planning, marketing, and concert sponsorships. Eric then worked as a Multimedia Reporter/Producer for VOX Magazine and an Assistant Producer for Global Journalist, where they produced audio and video content. Eric also gained experience at KBIA Public Radio as a Media Assistant.

Moving into the entertainment industry, Eric worked as a Promotions Intern and later as a Promotions Coordinator for WXRT-FM. In these roles, they represented the station, managed events, and oversaw interns. Eric also assisted with web and social media coverage.

Transitioning into property and association management, Eric worked as a Condo Association Manager for Transproperties Management, followed by roles as a Senior Property Manager and Director of Association Management at TriView Property & Investments. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing and managing condominium associations, handling financial management, project coordination, insurance analysis, and day-to-day operations.

Currently, Eric is employed at Westward360, where they hold various roles. Eric started as the Director of Association Management and then progressed to Vice President of Association Management. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President of Property Management, in which they oversee property management operations.

Eric Staszczak attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism.
