Inga Plewicka is an experienced creative professional currently serving as a Creative Producer at high& since February 2024. Plewicka also works as an Innovator for Keychange, an international campaign supporting gender equality in the music industry, since January 2022. Additionally, since June 2021, Plewicka has been a Radio Presenter at Westside Radio, focusing on Polish rap music content. Previous roles include Digital Music Promoter at Agora Digital Music (January 2021 - March 2022) and Project Manager at DJAK Management (January 2018 - September 2020), where responsibilities involved managing label relations, coordinating music video productions, and developing artists’ repertoires. Plewicka has also contributed as a Freelance Playlist Curator for Vevo and held various roles at Universal Music Group, including Junior Project Manager, working on marketing strategies for artists. Early career experience includes a summer internship at the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland.
