Matthew Kelling is an experienced manager specializing in process improvement, currently holding positions as Manager of Process Improvement at Smurfit Westrock since July 2024 and Manager Process Improvement at WestRock Company since April 2022. Previously, Matthew served as a Sales Manager and Inside Sales Manager at Micron Solutions, Inc. from November 2020 to April 2022, and as a Quality Manager at WestRock Company from May 2017 to October 2020. Additional experience includes roles as a Noise and Vibration Consultant at Seismic Solutions and in project management at MAKS.LLC. Matthew holds a Master in Management from Merrimack College and a Bachelor’s degree from the same institution, along with a high school diploma from Nashoba Regional High School.
