Candice van Kampen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on human resources and organizational performance. Currently serving as a Reward and Performance Specialist at WesTrac Cat since June 2022, Candice previously held roles including People & Culture Partner at Serco, HR Business Partner at Fiona Stanley Hospital, and Lead HR Advisor at HBF Health. With a career spanning over a decade, Candice has contributed to companies such as MSP Engineering Pty Ltd, Watpac Limited, and ATCO Gas Australia, among others. Candice holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Management from Curtin University and has also studied at the University of Guelph.
