Ames Barker is an experienced electrician currently working with IBEW Local Union 159 since March 2019. In addition, Ames has held the title of Journeyman Electrician at Krantz Electric since April 2017 and has progressed through various roles including Apprentice at Westphal & Company, Inc. from April 2015 to the present, and earlier as an Electrical Apprentice at Pieper Power for a short period in early 2014. Prior experience includes working as an Electrician Apprentice at Westphal & Company from May 2012 to January 2014 and as a Test & Inspect Technician at Communications Engineering Company from August 2011 to May 2012, where Ames tested and serviced fire alarm systems in commercial settings. Ames holds an Associates degree in Telecommunications from Northwood Technical College.
