Maria Giannini is an experienced executive leader with a focus on workplace programs, analytics, and insights at Westpac since November 2009. With a background in human resources, workforce planning, and continuous improvement, Maria has supported various business units to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. Previous roles at BT Financial Group and Westpac involved managing wealth management and marketing functions, further solidifying Maria's expertise in driving business objectives and improving customer and staff experiences. Maria holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Business Law from the University of Technology Sydney.
