Kushal Vaghani is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and solution architecture. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Westpac since October 2010, Kushal leads initiatives in AI and chat technologies while also holding the role of Principal Technology Lead, focusing on architecture and delivery. Previous roles include CTO and Co-Founder at bit.leave, where Kushal developed a VC-backed startup for leave management, and technical positions at Cover More Insurance and SunGard Data Systems, where Kushal specialized in software development and SaaS applications. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from UNSW, a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury, and a Diploma in Engineering from Shri Bhaghubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic.
