Devi Nair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Manager of Mortgage Operations and Credit Operations at Westpac since September 2021. Prior to this role, Devi held positions including Team Lead for HACC Operations at My Age Care, Client Risk and Case Management at Uniting, and Senior Project Accounts Coordinator at National Relay Service. Devi began a career in customer service as a Flight Attendant with Emirates from 2011 to 2014.
