Tracy Phelps has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the South West Area Manager for Offender Learning and Area Operations Manager at Weston College since January 2017. Tracy has a strong background in quality improvement and operational management, having previously held roles such as National Project Director for Strategic Change at HIT Training, Director of Curriculum and Quality Improvement at Construction Skills People Limited, and Director of Quality at TQ Training Group. Additionally, Tracy served as a Standards Verifier for Pearson and as Chief Examiner for NCFE since October 2015. Tracy holds a Doctor of Education in Criminal Psychology and Forensics from The University of Manchester and multiple qualifications in education and management from various prestigious institutions.
