Sophia Bolte is an experienced professional in process management and operational excellence, currently serving as Prozessmanagerin Technik at Westnetz GmbH since February 2023, and as Operational Excellence Managerin at Ledlenser GmbH & Co. KG since May 2019. In previous roles at Ledlenser, Sophia introduced the SmartQM tool for digitalizing failure and quality management in electronic manufacturing, implemented 3DExperience as the first Product Data Management solution, and served as interim project manager for headlamp development. Additional contributions include optimizing production processes in China and developing service products at ABB. Sophia holds a Master of Science in International Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences and two Bachelor of Engineering degrees, one in Mechatronics from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and another from UC Santa Barbara as part of a study abroad program.
