Biljana Savic serves as the Head of Urban Design and Integration at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd since November 2018, and is actively involved as a member of the Westminster Design Review Panel and the Kensington and Chelsea Quality Review Panel as of 2023. With experience as a Trustee for the Design Council since May 2022, Biljana has also been working as a freelance consultant in urban planning and design since 2011. Previous roles include membership in the Croydon Place Review Panel and serving as a Non-Executive Director for The Academy of Urbanism. Biljana has contributed to the Clarion Housing Group's judging panel for the William Sutton Prize and has worked with Design Council Cabe as a Built Environment Expert from 2012 to 2020. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Architecture from UCL, a Diploma in Architecture with Distinction from the Architectural Faculty at the University of Sarajevo, RIBA Part 3 from London South Bank University, and an MA in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Westminster.
