Andrew Cartwright is an experienced Disrepair & Insurance Manager at Westminster City Council since April 2019, responsible for minimizing legal costs and maximizing income through the oversight of legal disrepair cases. Previously, Andrew held similar positions at CityWest Homes, managing disrepair and insurance processes while also serving as a Project & Programme Manager. Andrew is a Director and Trustee at Youth for Christ, where community outreach and youth empowerment are central to the mission. Additional leadership roles include Vice Chairperson at Churches Together and Acting Congregation Leader at Ichthus Christian Fellowship, demonstrating a commitment to community service and faith-based initiatives. Andrew has a background in housing management and administration, with early career experience in various operational roles within housing organizations, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from UCL.
