Sebastien Lacroix currently serves as the Director of Customer Operations at Royal Building Products, a leading manufacturer and distributor of building materials. Prior to their current role, Sebastien held various managerial positions at Oldcastle and Lehigh Hanson. Sebastien holds a MBA from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa. Sebastien also completed the High Potential Leadership Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2016.
