Marie Perry is an experienced chemical engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree from McNeese State University, attained in 2012. Marie's professional journey at Westlake began in August 2012 as a Production Engineer II, focusing on supporting ethylene unit operations and troubleshooting production issues. In November 2018, Marie advanced to Senior Production Engineer at Westlake Chemical (LACC), contributing expertise to the recovery section of a grassroots ethane cracker. Since May 2021, Marie has held the position of Unit Manager at Westlake, also serving as Acting Manager and continuing as a Senior Production Engineer, with responsibilities centered on the furnaces and hot section of the ethane cracker.
