Kenneth "Scott" Duggan, CISA, is an experienced professional in internal controls and auditing, currently serving as the Manager of Internal Controls at Westlake Chemical since October 2006. Their responsibilities include overseeing the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program and managing the enterprise-wide Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) compliance. Prior to Westlake Chemical, Kenneth held various positions such as Senior Auditor at Cornell Companies, Staff Auditor at SCI, and Staff Accountant at Thompson & Knight, focusing on SOX compliance and internal audit functions. Kenneth also served in the USAF, where significant duties included security assignments and disaster response during Hurricane Katrina. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown and has foundational education in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland.
