Adrian Lester is an experienced Business Development Manager currently working with Westkey Graphics since July 2014 and Xibita since October 2018. At Westkey Graphics, Adrian focuses on enhancing market position and driving financial growth. At Xibita, one of Canada’s largest full-service exhibit houses, Adrian oversees the manufacturing of various trade show displays and graphic projects. Previously, from September 1996 to September 2014, Adrian worked in the music industry as a performer and manager, directing marketing and publicity efforts while collaborating with various industry stakeholders. Additionally, Adrian served as General Manager at Windsor Security from June 2009 to June 2013, leading marketing and sales functions and managing day-to-day operations to achieve profitability. Adrian holds an education from Confederation College, attended from 1986 to 1989.
