Shahab Seyedi is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology and aviation. Currently serving as the Executive Director at SkyIT Services since September 2019 and as the VP of Technology at GBCS Group since June 2021, Shahab also holds the position of Technology and Innovation Chair at Empowered Futures. Additionally, Shahab has been a Pilot and Training Captain at WestJet since May 2018, focusing on both flight operations and software development, including the creation of electronic flight bag applications and real-time tracking solutions. With experience as a Class 1 Flight Instructor and Standards Officer at Calgary Flying Club since February 2016, Shahab also briefly coordinated a Youth Leadership Program in late 2015. Shahab graduated from the University of Calgary in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
