Tim Burton is an experienced leader currently serving as Site Director at Westinghouse Electric Company since April 2024 and has been with Autoliv as Director of Manufacturing since December 2008. With a strong foundation in P&L, manufacturing operations, and strategic footprint, Tim Burton is adept at applying Lean techniques to drive continuous improvement and achieve exceptional business results through a strong organizational culture. Previous roles include Plant Manager, overseeing high-volume pyrotechnic automotive safety devices, and Operations Manager, where Tim Burton improved Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Employee Morale. Earlier experience also includes working as Technical Support Manager at Autoliv. Tim Burton holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Electrical Automation and Robotics from Utah Valley University.
