Shay Carver, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of Team Member Services at Westgate Resorts, a position held since June 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Bluegreen Vacations from October 2019 to February 2024, where strategic HR direction was provided to support 47 resorts across 18 states. Shay also held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at BBX Capital Corporation from January 2017 to October 2019, leading HR start-up activities for the MOD Pizza franchise and developing HR policies. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Red Robin from May 2004 to January 2017 and HR Generalist positions at Regional Acceptance Corporation and ADELPHIA COMMUNICATIONS. Shay holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University.
