Johnna M Groom brings extensive experience in leadership and community engagement across various roles. Currently serving as Treasurer and Special Education Instructional Assistant at Westfield Washington Schools since February 2017, Johnna also actively engages with fans as part of the Community Relations team for the Indianapolis Colts, facilitating support for community initiatives. Previous roles include a Sales Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods and Director of Leadership and Engagement for SCORE, a non-profit focused on youth development through soccer. Johnna's background also encompasses over a decade in management positions at Crate and Barrel, alongside purchasing management at Rock Bottom Restaurants, demonstrating expertise in sales growth, customer service, and operational oversight. Johnna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
