Natalie Stefaniuk is a highly motivated individual with diverse experience in leadership, tutoring, and marketing. Currently serving as a Student Manager and Student Lead at The Ohio State University, Natalie effectively trains and leads over 20 new employees each semester while collaborating in high-pressure environments. As an Academic Tutor and Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University College of Engineering, Natalie guides students in CSE 2111, facilitating lab sessions and assessing assignments. Additionally, as an Ecommerce Marketing Intern at Buehler's Fresh Foods, Natalie improved the user experience of the online shopping platform by enhancing product presentation and collaborating with various departments.
