Juliana Kortmann is an experienced leader in human resources, currently serving as Personalleiterin and a member of the executive board at Westfalen AG since November 2023. Prior to this role, Juliana held various leadership positions over nearly a decade at d.velop AG, including Director of People and Culture and Head of Human Resources, focusing on personnel development. Juliana's educational background includes a degree in Mediation from FernUniversität in Hagen, as well as training in personal and interpersonal competencies from INeKO at the University of Cologne, and additional studies at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
