Armando de la Rocha is a seasoned geotechnical and pavement engineer with extensive experience in the field. Since June 1994, Armando has served as a Senior Geotechnical/Pavement Engineer at Western Technologies, Inc. Prior to this role, Armando worked at the University of New Mexico from December 1986 to December 1993 as a Teaching and Research Assistant, where responsibilities included teaching undergraduate courses and conducting research on reinforced soil structures and nondestructive pavement testing for the New Mexico State Highway and Transportation Department. Armando's career began at Consultores en Ingenieria (CINSA) from December 1977 to September 1985, supervising the construction of rural and principal highways in Honduras. Armando holds a Master of Science in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras.
