Larry Mckinney serves as the District Environmental Manager at Kiewit Building Group since September 2021 and has held a similar position at WSCI since December 1998. At WSCI, Larry accepted the role of District Manager in September 2010, responsible for developing training modules and training Project Environmental Coordinators to ensure environmental compliance across projects in the United States. In previous roles, Larry has also served as District Compliance Manager and Quality Control, overseeing notable projects such as The Prairie Waters Aurora Reservoir and various building constructions. Additionally, Larry's early career included responsibilities as a Civil Superintendent.
