Adrian Trujillo currently serves as the Assistant Director for TRiO SEP at Western Oregon University, where responsibilities include advising a diverse range of students, such as Exploratory majors and first-generation college students, to develop holistic success plans. Prior experience includes roles as a Production Specialist at Faust BioAg, enhancing production efficiency and managing a team, and as an AVID Tutor at Central High School, where Adrian facilitated student mentorship and academic success. Previous experience also includes work as an Agriculture Specialist at Blue Heron Farm and Nursery, LLC, focusing on tree maintenance and order fulfillment. Adrian holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Policy from Portland State University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from Oregon State University, and an Associate's degree from Chemeketa Community College.
