Jeff Kosse is an experienced instructional designer and educator with a substantial background in online course development and teaching. Jeff has held instructional design roles at Western Nebraska Community College and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, focusing on faculty collaboration and technology integration, including Blackboard and Canvas LMS. As an instructor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Jeff taught various online courses, particularly in Composition and ethnic literatures, while engaging in research on online teaching methodologies. With over two decades in academia, Jeff has developed courses in writing and literature, participated in diversity and inclusion initiatives, and contributed to faculty governance as President of the Faculty Senate at Iowa Western Community College. Jeff's educational qualifications include a PhD in English from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MA in English from Northwest Missouri State University.
