Jayson VanShura currently serves as Land Manager and Regulatory Manager at Western Midstream, managing a team that focuses on permitting, compliance, and stakeholder relations for Rockies assets, collaborating with various governmental agencies. Prior experience includes regulatory management roles at Oxy and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, and a series of positions at Vail Resorts where Jayson contributed to significant cost savings and procurement improvements. Jayson began their career at Johns Manville, managing substantial material spends and leading initiatives to enhance efficiency. Jayson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Penn State University.
