Elias Garcia currently serves as a Plant Operator at Western Midstream, a position held since May 2023. With a robust career in the energy sector, Elias previously worked as a Plant Operator at Salt Creek Midstream from June 2022 to May 2023, and held various roles at Energy Transfer, including Plant Operator A from May 2018 to June 2022 and earlier as a Plant Operator from December 2013 to June 2017. Additional experience includes serving as a Plant Operator at Apache Corporation from June 2017 to May 2018 and starting a career in operations at Nabors Industries as a Rig Hand (Motorman) from April 2005 to December 2013. Prior to this, Elias held the position of Sergeant of Corrections at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice from September 1995 to April 2005.
