Cecilia S. has extensive experience in document and data management within the oil and gas midstream sector. Currently serving as a Document and Data Management Coordinator at Western Midstream since April 2012, Cecilia S. manages project information effectively. Prior to this role, Cecilia S. led information management for the RTD expansion project in Denver as a Document and Data Management Lead at Fluor/HDR from July 2010 to June 2012. Additionally, Cecilia S. held the position of Information Management Supervisor at URS Corporation from 2007 to July 2010. Education was completed at Machebeuf High School.
