Chris Reinecker has over 30 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, and business consulting. Chris began their career in 1991 as a Manager at Ernst & Young, where they provided assurance and advisory services for public and private companies. In 1994, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Hermann Eye Center, where they were responsible for all finance and accounting functions. In 1999, they worked as an Associate at McFarland, Grossman & Co., providing merchant banking services to technology startups. In 2000, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Stanton Mineral Development, Inc., where they were responsible for forecasting project costs and revenues, investor relations, and the preparation of financial statements. From 2002 to 2003, they served as the Controller of Utex Industries Inc., where they revamped accounting processes and procedures. Chris then became the Controller of Alert Logic, Inc. in 2008, where they were the first Controller and upgraded the accounting software. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Manager in PKF Texas' Entrepreneurial Advisory Services group, providing business consulting services. Finally, in 2022, they became the Vice President of Accounting at Western LNG LLC.
Chris Reinecker attended Strake Jesuit from 1981 to 1985. Chris then attended Texas McCombs School of Business from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a BBA in Finance. Chris continued their studies at Texas McCombs School of Business from 1989 to 1991, earning an MBA in Finance/Accounting.
