Rita Moore is a seasoned professional in internal auditing with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Auditing at Western Illinois University since January 2023, Rita has previously held similar positions at both Western Illinois University-Quad Cities and Northeastern Illinois University. Rita's career also includes a role as Chief Internal Auditor at the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency and earlier experience as Director of Internal Auditing at Western Illinois University. Rita holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University, where education was completed between 1981 and 1985.
