Eric Reiter serves as Vice President California Operations for Reiter Affiliated Companies (RAC), the largest fresh multi-berry producer in the world. As a fifth generation farmer, Eric combines a legacy of farming knowledge along with innovative practices that help propel his team towards the future of farming.

Before stepping into his current position, Eric was overseeing all RAC’s Southern California Operations & Production where he managed the overall day-to day district’s farming operations from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Eric was the Director of Strategic Supply and Resource at RAC where he was responsible for planning and supply coordination with internal and external teams from 2013 to 2016. Prior to joining RAC, Eric was the Service Team Leader/Category Management for Wegmans—a regional supermarket chain based out of New York.

In 2006, Eric obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business at the University of Southern California with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Business Communications. After graduating college, Eric was Captain of the sailing vessel, Windekind, leading and managing his crew in small living conditions while navigating 15,000 nautical miles through 18 different countries. With his skills and ability to solve problems and motivate a team, he and his crew safely completed the trip.
