Xandria Crosland is a versatile professional engaged in multiple roles within the fields of technology and education. Currently serving as a Programming Center Peer Tutor at Western Governors University, Xandria supports over 50,000 students by facilitating 1-on-1 tutoring sessions focused on programming concepts and career readiness. In addition, as a Human-Computer Interaction Researcher at Temple HCI Lab, Xandria contributes to the evaluation of LLMs and computer vision through UX research, with findings published at the 2024 ASSETS Conference. As Product Development Manager at Tech Tree Root, Xandria plays a key role in creating responsive and accessible websites for global participants. Previous experience includes a software engineering internship at S&P Global, where Xandria enhanced UI design for a workflow management tool, and a market research externship at Mobalytics focused on Web3 technology in gaming.
