Linda Donart Young is an experienced educator currently serving as a Course Instructor and Clinical Supervisor at Western Governors University since August 2020, where responsibilities include observing and mentoring first-year teacher candidates across the US. Additionally, Linda has been a Field Supervisor at 240 Tutoring since February 2022, focusing on mentoring first-year teachers. Prior experience includes serving as an Educational Interventionist at EMISD, where success was achieved in addressing reading gaps in students, and as a Field Supervisor for First Year Teachers at The Texas Institute for Teacher Education. Linda held leadership positions as a School Principal at both Grapevine-Colleyville ISD and Wichita Falls ISD, where transformative efforts were made in academic performance and school culture. Linda's educational qualifications include Master's degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Leadership and Administration from Midwestern State University, along with a Superintendent certification from the University of Texas at Tyler.
