Earl Nolan is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Western Governors University since October 2022. Prior to this, Earl held the position of Senior Software Engineer at SemanticBits, focusing on digital health services, and also at Content.ad, which specializes in ad technology platforms.
