Katherine Armstrong has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Katherine started their career in 2001 at Western District Health Service, where they held various roles including Nurse Unit Manager and Aged Care Quality Coordinator. In 2015, they became the Director of Aged & Home Care Services (Hamilton) at the same organization.

Katherine Armstrong attended La Trobe University from 1987 to 1990, where they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Nursing.
