Sudarshan Narayanan is an experienced technologist currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Western Digital since June 2020. Previously, Sudarshan held the position of Principal Engineer in Global TCAD at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from October 2012 to June 2020 and served as a Senior Engineer in the same division. Prior to that, Sudarshan completed a PhD in Material Science and Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, focusing on nanoscale device modeling and simulations. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras.
