Jessica Drogy, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as a People Partner at Western Computer since September 2024, Jessica previously held various HR roles at Rocket Communications, Inc., including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Administrator, from July 2022 to October 2024. Earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Assistant at Solid State Operations (May 2021 - June 2022), and as a Learning and Development Specialist at HP (January 2021 - May 2021). Jessica's career began with roles such as Sales Development Representative at PatientPop Inc. and a Junior Executive Sales Intern at Paycom, along with additional positions in education and sales. Jessica earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2020.
