Dr. Kimberly Elliott is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in educational leadership. Currently serving as a faculty member in the EDCI Program at Western Carolina University since June 2021, Dr. Elliott has returned to the field of teaching. Prior to this role, Dr. Elliott held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Elliott & Associates Educational Consultants, LLC, starting in September 2020. Dr. Elliott also spent several years at Jackson County Public Schools, serving as Superintendent until retirement in September 2020 and as Associate Superintendent from May 2012 to June 2016. Dr. Elliott earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership, along with multiple advanced degrees, from Appalachian State University.
