Shawn Berkram is a civil engineer and project manager with extensive experience in the energy and construction sectors. Currently, Shawn serves as a Civil Engineer-Project Manager at Western Area Power Administration, overseeing capital improvement projects in the Desert Southwest Region, including transmission lines and substations. In addition to this role, Shawn has been a project manager for Western Area Power Administration as a private contractor since 2016, providing support for electrical transmission and substation management. Previous roles include project manager at B.P.G. Designs Inc., where Shawn managed communication design projects, independent consultant at SLB Ventures, and drilling engineer at Ensign Energy Services, specializing in automated drilling rig processes. Additionally, Shawn successfully launched and managed a land survey business unit at Entellus. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Montana State University-Bozeman.
