Cora C. is a skilled professional with a strong background in energy management and operations analysis. Currently serving as a Public Utilities Specialist in Power Marketing Contracts at the Western Area Power Administration since March 2022, Cora previously worked as an Operations Analyst at Black Hills Corporation from May 2018 to March 2022. In that role, Cora developed analytical solutions and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making, conducted internal audits and analyses, and collaborated with operations management on continuous improvement initiatives.
