Dr. Ariel Morel, EdD, MBA, MS, and 6σGB, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, consulting, and education. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer & President of O³ Consulting Group, LLC, Dr. Morel specializes in operational success and strategic partnerships. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Purpose Connect, Dr. Morel focuses on connecting international students with employment opportunities. Additional roles include Adjunct Professor at Westcliff University, Substitute Teacher for Broward County and Miami-Dade Public Schools, and previous leadership positions at Project Evident, Shift/Co, and the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
