Peter McCartt serves as the Director of Energy Conservation and Sustainability for Westchester County since January 2018, contributing to various initiatives on energy efficiency, climate resiliency, and environmental sustainability under County Executive George Latimer. Prior to this role, Peter was an Assistant to the County Executive with similar responsibilities. Additionally, Peter has a strong background in business development, having worked as the Director of Business Development at Burbio.com and LiveTechnology Holdings, Inc., along with experience in advertising in leadership roles at The New York Observer and Observer Media Group. Peter holds a degree from Columbia University, obtained between 1978 and 1982.
