Cynthia Lottie, CSP, is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and management. Currently serving as Area Manager and Branch Manager at Westaff since March 2014, Cynthia has expertise in recruiting and payroll. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as HR Manager at Testori Interiors Inc. from 2009 to 2012, overseeing payroll, HR management, and administration.
