Justin Smiley, AICP, currently serves as the Capital & Special Projects Manager and Township Planner for West Whiteland Township, a position held since March 2017. Prior to this role, Justin was an Adjunct Professor at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, teaching Introduction to Business GIS from January 2016 to June 2017. Justin's experience also includes nearly nine years as an Urban Planner with the Chester County Planning Commission, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive and revitalization plans, zoning ordinances, and leading various county publications. Justin holds a Master of Arts in Geography from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from West Virginia University.
