Rosemary Ketchum serves as the Executive Director of the West Virginia Nonprofit Association since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ketchum was a member of the Wheeling City Council from July 2020 to July 2024 and held the position of Governance Director at West Virginia Can't Wait from December 2021 to November 2023, where collaboration with elected officials and organizations was key in drafting legislation. Additionally, Ketchum worked as a Community Park Strategist and Chief Operating Officer at Grow Ohio Valley from January 2021 to October 2023, focusing on health initiatives for at-risk youth in Wheeling's urban core. Ketchum's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director at the Marian House Drop-in Center from December 2016 to January 2021. Ketchum earned a degree in Psychology from Wheeling University between 2017 and 2019.
