Jordan Allen has over eight years of experience in the heavy machinery and service industry, currently serving as Rental Manager at West Side Tractor since March 2015. In this customer-focused role, Jordan has also held titles as Rental Coordinator, Service Technician, and Yard Coordinator, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of machinery and operations within both the service and sales departments. Prior to this, Jordan worked as a Supervisor at Blue Beacon Truck Washes from June 2014 to March 2015. Jordan holds a degree in Diesel Technology from the University of Northwestern Ohio, earned between 2010 and 2013.
