David Mulrine currently serves as Employment Counsel at West Shore Home since July 2021. Prior to this role, Mulrine was an Associate Attorney at Harmon & Davies, P.C. from April 2019 to July 2021, and a Certified Legal Intern at the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office in the latter half of 2018. Additionally, Mulrine gained experience as a Judicial Intern at the York County Court of Common Pleas from June 2017 to May 2018 and worked as a Law Clerk at CARROLL MCNULTY & KULL from March 2014 to January 2017. Mulrine holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, obtained in 2018, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from Felician University, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Raritan Valley Community College.
